After retiring from a career in health and exercise in 2008 to pursue my passion for horses full-time, I have spent the past two decades building a reputation as an empathetic, capable, and results-driven equestrian. Throughout this time, I’ve had the privilege of competing some of the country’s best young horses for leading stables and developing horses across a wide range of disciplines.
My experience spans riding, breaking, breeding, producing, training, and competing. I’ve worked with Warmbloods preparing for elite competition, OTT Thoroughbreds transitioning into the show ring, children’s ponies, and high-performance horses. I am also actively involved in handling breeding stock, including assisting veterinarians with stallion collection and young horse production.
With the support of my husband Stuart and our two young sons, Will and Sammy, I continue to compete at both state and national level in showing. A particularly special highlight has been campaigning a young horse bred by my parents. In his newcomer year, he proudly represented Victoria and later qualified another rider for their competition at Nationals. Following Sydney Royal Easter Show, he will begin his dressage career.
Life is busy, with family life and multiple horses in work at any one time, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. Maintaining peak health and performance across our team is a priority, and NRG products play an integral role in our program — from show preparation through to daily feed room supplementation. Our horses are healthy, happy, and performing at their best.
