Maddy & Frank

Maddy and Frank are the passionate and hardworking duo behind The NRG Team, taking over the reins in February 2024. As a driven family with two young boys, Hudson and Ollie, they bring a perfect mix of dedication, teamwork, and a shared love for horses to the business.

Maddy has been riding horses since she was three years old, and her lifelong passion for equines has shaped much of her life. Having used NRG products for years, she couldn’t pass up the opportunity to take the business to the next level when it came up for sale. The timing was just right, as they were both ready for a new chapter after the government shut down the industry they had been working in.

Frank, always supportive of Maddy’s equestrian pursuits, is just as committed to the success of NRG. Together, they pour their energy and focus into growing the business, combining their determination and complementary skills to build on NRG’s strong reputation.

Their relentless drive and passion fuel their vision for the future. Balancing family life with their shared goals, Maddy and Frank are excited to see how far they can take The NRG Team while continuing to serve the equestrian and pet communities with the same high standards and care.
