Yes. NRG can provide samples for retailers. Sample requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are intended for trade and retail evaluation purposes.

All damaged, faulty or missing product claims must be lodged with the distributor you purchased from. They will manage the claim and liaise with NRG if required.
